Monterey Ranch Bread

There is nothing like crusty bread slathered with butter and oozing cheese that makes me smile, skip, flap my arms and jump for joy.  Is that wrong?  This is definitely a recipes to put on your bucket list…it's so decadent!

Served with roasted chicken and gravy, it was pure comfort food for my sore muscles.  Of course I only had one piece…or two.

Make someone smile, serve this tonight!

Melt butter and brush on bread with a pastry brush.  Place bread under the broiler until it's slightly brown and crispy.

Combine cheese and ranch dressing and divide evenly over bread.  Place in a 350o degree oven until cheese is melted, about 8-10 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley once you remove from the oven.  Let sit 5 minutes before slicing.
